Atelierroute Utrecht

During the weekend of October 11 and 12, I participated in the Atelierroute Utrecht Oost together with my father. It was the perfect opportunity to exhibit our work side by side for the very first time. We were especially curious to see how many similarities would emerge between our pieces. Although we draw from different inspirations and work with completely different media, from pastel drawings to ceramics, an unexpected and expected resemblance seemed to appear.

In addition to the amazing opportunity to exhibit alongside my father, this weekend also marked the debut of my new series Floratio: a collection of three sculptures inspired by the blooming process of a plant.
